By booking a service with Street Crew Detailing, you agree to the following:
1. Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles must be in a safe, roadworthy condition.
- We will note any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, swirl marks, stains, etc.) before starting work.
- We are not liable for damage that was pre-existing or becomes visible as dirt and grime are removed.
2. Access & Space
- You must provide safe and legal access to a driveway or car park for us to perform the service.
- If access is unsafe or inadequate, we may reschedule or relocate by agreement.
3. Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing swirl marks, faded paint, or defects made visible after cleaning.
- Damage caused by poor prior repairs, worn seals, or fragile trims.
- Issues resulting from aftermarket accessories, window tints, or non-standard fittings.
4. Payments
- Payment is due on completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, or card via Square
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- If we arrive and the vehicle cannot be accessed or cleaned (unsafe space, locked, etc.), a call-out fee may apply.
6. Weather Policy
- If weather prevents us from working, we will reschedule at the next available time.
7. Satisfaction
- If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can review and resolve.
